Rental Terms & Pricing
How long can I keep the A/C unit?
You may keep your unit for as long as needed while your repairs are in progress. Pricing is determined by the BTU capacity of the unit and the length of the rental period. Rental pricing ranges from $49-$129.

What happens if my HVAC repair or replacement is delayed?
No problem, delays can occur due to parts availability or periods of high service demand.
Your system may have failed during peak usage, or essential components may be temporarily backordered—both of which can extend repair timelines.
We’re here to provide immediate, reliable cooling support so your home remains comfortable without interruption.
Your rental will simply continue into a new billing cycle (24 or 72 hours, based on your original selection).

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Our delivery process is carefully managed, with vehicles equipped to maintain each unit in an upright position throughout transport, preserving equipment integrity and ensuring the A/C unit will properly cool upon arrival.

Does the driver install the A/C ?

This helps us maintain prompt turnaround times and consistent availability for all customers in need of immediate cooling.
Do you rent commercial A/C units? We do not offer commercial A/C rentals at this time.
How loud are the portable A/C units? It varies by manufacturer and btu capacity.
What BTU rating system do you use?
We currently use the ASHRAE rating system.
As manufacturers transition to SACC ratings, we will update accordingly.
